"I highly recommend Signature Clinic to everyone. I had been suffering from carpal tunnel syndrome for years, waiting for the NHS to address it. It was a waste of time. However, a quick surgery on both wrists solved the problem. Now I can sleep through the night without waking up in pain and move my hands without worrying about the discomfort later on. It's been 10 months since the surgery, and my hands feel like new. I took about 6 weeks to return to my routine — which I could do then again. "Carpal Tunnel Release surgery. Within five weeks of contacting Signature Clinic the surgery was carried out on a mutually convenient date. I opted to have both hands operated on at the same time, (it saves having to go through the same procedure twice and it almost half price!) The two op's were carried out using a local anaesthetic, painlessly, efficiently and swiftly. I walked out with my hands bandaged up after 35 minutes. The staff were friendly and very helpful and both the reception area and the surgery were quiet, comfortable and unhurried. Although both hands operated together caused a minor inconvenience for a few days but all problems were overcome with the aid of a strict diet using diastolic gloves filled with ice cubes. This reduced swelling considerably and I was back working and driving in no time. The tingling, aches and numbness in my fingers that had concerned my nights for 40 years no longer occur and the surgery was a complete success. The charges, a photo of the scars I sent on each occasion, the initial contact, the local call (5/12) which is the date of the latest photo attached. The scar is now healed. The strength of my hands working normally may not be so obvious, but I can now handle a hammer and there is no sign of discomfort after months of tenderness. "Superb experience. My partner has had problems with a 'trigger' thumb for ages, a condition where the thumb joint locks into position and then, some time later, suddenly and very painfully, releases itself. She was finding it very difficult in her job as a nurse to do everyday stuff, so went to see her own GP: what a waste of time! Disinterested, doubting that it was what she knew it to be, callbacks that never happened, shocking treatment! Anyway, I Googled the condition and the procedure, then searched for a local clinic or hospital that could do it privately. The one nearest us wanted over £2000, which seemed extortionate for a 10-minute procedure done under local anaesthetic! Then I found Signature Clinic in Rochdale – their price was £600, cheap enough to make us try? Why? Their consultation, by video call, was free and with no commitment to follow-up (so why not?!?). The consultant was fantastic – he was able to explain clearly that there was a problem that would be resolved and it did! It improved my partner's mind no end. She was lucky enough to get a cancellation appointment for only a week or so after the consultation, we booked a nearby Premier Inn for the night before, and the next morning went to the clinic. It was a brilliant, painless procedure, beautifully decorated for Christmas, and the nurses were fantastic and helpful, from the receptionist right through to the surgeons and nurses. The operation only took 45 minutes, my partner came away with some paracetamol painkillers and plenty of written advice specific to her case. The surgeon was brilliant, attending, she had 3 follow-up calls checking on her condition, each time the doctor showing genuine interest in her progress. This was our first experience of private health care, and it was an absolutely faultless one from start to finish – we'd recommend Signature to anyone. A huge 'thank you' from us both!"

From the lovely lady at the reception desk to the lovely doctors and after care they were all absolutely wonderful. Doctor Ahmed and Doctor Ridwan were both fantastic as were their helpers.
